4 Shows You Should Binge Watch This Weekend

Bored? Not anymore!

Raise your hand if you’ve spent a weekend binge-watching Game Of Thrones or full seasons of Friends. Unless you’ve been living in some kind of Netflix-free limbo for the past few years, odds are you just raised your hand and waved it high and proud. The era of peak TV may give us greater TV than ever before, but this golden time does have its drawbacks, too. The main television issue these days? Having so many choices that it’s impossible to settle on just one show. Whether you’ve been binge-watching your whole life or recently slid into the habit, there are some shows that are just perfect to indulge in ASAP. If you’re on the hunt for a new show to dive into, we, the editors of Cosmo SL, put together a list of our favorites.

Grey’s Anatomy

No of episodes: 293 (13 Seasons), around 42 minutes each

Welcome to Shondaland! If you’re a serious binge-watcher and love something that has long episodes and a lot of seasons, then Grey’s Anatomy is a failsafe show. Not gonna lie: This is a serious investment. If you want to watch all 13 seasons and you’re willing to put in about three hours a day, it’s still going to take you nearly four months to knock it out. Is it worth it? HELL YES!

Best seen with: Any of your friends looking for a reason to quit social media and hibernate the rest of the year.

Alright ladies, it’s time to gather up your closest friends, crack open a bottle of wine, and watch empowering women take on the world… all while searching for the perfect jeans to flatter any body type. #LOVE

This Is Us

No of episodes: 18, around 42 minutes each

Did someone say “I like crying!”? Then why aren’t you watching This Is Us? It’s a heavy-duty show, but it’s also amazing how often this series demands that you laugh through the tears. Check. This. Out.

Jane The Virgin

No of episodes: 64 ( 3 Seasons), around 40 minutes each

Jane The Virgin is the best show on television, and frankly, if you’re not watching it, then I have to question your sanity. Don’t you want to feel happiness and joy? So, open your heart and let Jane, Mateo and the Villanueva women in. You will thank us for it later. The best part? The show is narrated by this Latin Love Narrator. And by the end, you will be wanting him to narrator your whole life.
